Size may vary slightly due the the handmade nature of the item, but will measure approximately 9 inches wide, by 11 inches long (the ribbon is approximately an additional 11 inches long). The woven plaque is mounted on a 30cm wooden dowel.
Personalisation.
When choosing your personalisation, you will be asked to choose the background and letter colours. We can accommodate most colour choices, but feel free to message before purchase if you want to check your colour scheme before you order.

Custom made Handfasting Cords - NOTE: if you are sending personal items to be included in your cords,then your dispatch countdown will commence once we have recieved the inclusion.
Once they have been dispatched, parcels in the UK generally take 2 - 3 days to arrive and parcels in the rest of the world, up to 14 days to arrive. Often these are quicker than expected, but please build in worst case scenarios into your timescales when ordering, particularly in the case of custom items.

Delivery Information
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
Standard delivery other than the UK, will be via Evri or Royal Mail international and a tracking number will be provided.
UK residents may upgrade their delivery option to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but this will incur an additional postage charge.
Returns
The product must be returned, in it's orginal condition, before a refund or replacement is issued and the buyer will cover the cost of return postage. Replacements will be posted at no addtional cost to the buyer, after the original item is recieved. Returns must be posted back within 14 days of delivery receipt.
