UK Delivery
- Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked.
- UK customers may upgrade to Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked for an additional cost.International Delivery (outside the UK)

We use Royal Mail’s PDDP service, which means all customs duties and fees are prepaid. Your order will arrive in the US with no extra charges, and the price you see at checkout is the total cost.Returns
The product must be returned, in it's orginal condition, before a refund or replacement is issued and the buyer will cover the cost of return postage. Replacements will be posted at no addtional cost to the buyer, after the original item is recieved. Returns must be posted back within 14 days of delivery receipt.

Dispatch times vary depending on the nature of the product because some items are ready to post, but others are custom made.

- Custom made Handfasting Cords - NOTE: if you are sending personal items to be included in your cords,then your dispatch countdown will commence once we have recieved the inclusion.
Once they have been dispatched, parcels in the UK generally take 2 - 3 days to arrive and parcels in the rest of the world, up to 14 days to arrive. Often these are quicker than expected, but please build in worst case scenarios into your timescales when ordering, particularly in the case of custom items.
