Renaming Cord - The Tender Naming
I name myself with tenderness.
A handmade ceremonial cord created for naming and renaming ceremonies centred on self-compassion, courage and being witnessed.
The Tender Naming is the gentlest of the five cords in this collection. Its colours are chosen to represent the tenderness of recognising yourself, releasing a name that no longer fits, and finding the courage to speak the name that does.

- This cord is not customisable. It is made as shown, with the colours and charms chosen as part of its specific ritual intention.

Returns
The product must be returned, in it's orginal condition, before a refund or replacement is issued and the buyer will cover the cost of return postage. Replacements will be posted at no addtional cost to the buyer, after the original item is recieved. returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Delivery Information
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.
Standard delivery other than the UK, will be via Evri or Royal Mail International and a tracking number will be provided.
UK residents may upgrade their option to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but this will incur an additional postage charge.
Sadly, we are not longer able to ship to the EU, including Northern Ireland. All orders made from these countries will sadly be cancelled with a full refund.
Dispatch guide
Dispatch times vary depending on the nature of the product because some items are ready to post, but others are custom made.

Dispatched within 3 - 4 weeks are

- Custom made Handfasting Cords - NOTE: if you are sending personal items to be included in your cords,then your dispatch countdown will commence once we have recieved the inclusion.
Once they have been dispatched, parcels in the UK generally take 2 - 3 days to arrive and parcels in the rest of the world, up to 14 days to arrive. Often these are quicker than expected, but please build in worst case scenarios into your timescales when ordering, particularly in the case of custom items.
