Delivery Information
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
Standard delivery other than the UK, will be via Evri or Royal Mail international and a tracking number will be provided.
UK residents may upgrade their delivery option to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but this will incur an additional postage charge.
Returns
The product must be returned, in it's orginal condition, before a refund or replacement is issued and the buyer will cover the cost of return postage. Replacements will be posted at no addtional cost to the buyer, after the original item is recieved. Returns must be posted back within 14 days of delivery receipt.

Dispatch times vary depending on the nature of the product because some items are ready to post, but others are custom made.

Once they have been dispatched, parcels in the UK generally take 2 - 3 days to arrive and parcels in the rest of the world, up to 14 days to arrive. Often these are quicker than expected, but please build in worst case scenarios into your timescales when ordering, particularly in the case of custom items.
