While our cords are named after inspirational women from the creator’s life and the craft, they are gender-neutral and intended to be fully inclusive, embracing the diverse identities and energies of all who use them.

These elegant cords are crafted to be a lasting symbol of the love, strength, and commitment shared between partners during a handfasting ceremony. Whether you're celebrating a traditional handfasting or creating your own unique ritual, these cords will become a cherished part of your journey together.
Product Details:Material: Crafted from high-quality cotton cord, offering both durability and a soft, comfortable feel.Length: 6 feet from knot to knot
Size: the cord is 2 cm thick, with the middle decorative piece being 5cm x 17cm (minor adjustments to size may occur due to the handmade nature of this item)
Color Options: Select from a range of vibrant colors to match your intentions. While we strive to capture the truest colors in our photos, please note that slight variations may occur in person.
IMPORTANT - You must add your colour choices in the Personalisation section. You can add up to 3 colours to the Louise cord and should select these by choosing the corresponding code on the listing photo.
For the Louise cord you need to choose
Colour 1 - Left colour - example shown as pink in the photos
Colour 2 - Right colour - example shown as green in the photos
Colour 3 - Accent - shown as white in the photos
White lace is added to this cord as standard, but you may opt for off-white or ribbon if you prefer.
IF YOU WANT A SINGLE COLOUR CORD, PLEASE CHOOSE THE SAME COLOUR FOR ALL OPTIONS. LIKEWISE, YOU CAN SELECT TWO COLOURS IF THAT IS YOUR PREFERENCE
IF ADDING CHARMS OR RIBBONS, PLEASE STATE YOUR SELECTION IN THE PERSONALISATION SECTION.
Returns
The product must be returned, in it's orginal condition, before a refund or replacement is issued and the buyer will cover the cost of return postage. Replacements will be posted at no addtional cost to the buyer, after the original item is recieved. returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Delivery Information
Standard UK delivery is by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.
Standard delivery other than the UK, will be via Evri or Royal Mail International and a tracking number will be provided.
UK residents may upgrade their option to Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, but this will incur an additional postage charge.
Sadly, we are not longer able to ship to the EU, including Northern Ireland. All orders made from these countries will sadly be cancelled with a full refund.
Dispatch times
Dispatch times vary depending on the nature of the product because some items are ready to post, but others are custom made.
